CrossFit incorporates every aspect of training, whether it be weight training, Olympic lifting, cardiovascular or gymnastics, we provide it all here. All classes are suitable for all ages, levels of experience and fitness and we cater for athletes with injuries or exercise that requires modifying. Every class has a qualified coach who is there to guide you appropriately through your training.
Quayside CrossFit offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach. We have options of fully coached CrossFit classes, with the added benefit of open gym hours or if you want the personal touch of a 1-1 format we have 1-1 training available also. We also have a qualified Pilates trainer who offers 1-1 pilates sessions.
